CGC Global finds breakthrough food and beverage brands, most of them in Asia, and takes them to shelf through its own distribution in Israel and Russia: 18,000+ points of sale. For retail chains, wholesalers and importers it sources goods in Asia and Europe, consolidates them into one shipment, or has them made to order.

01Who we work with

Selling into our markets, or buying from them.

Brand owners and manufacturers come here to get onto the shelf in Israel and Russia with one partner carrying regulation, cold chain and retail. Retail chains, wholesalers and importers come for brands that have already proved themselves, and for goods found, consolidated and shipped, or made to order. Start on your side.

For brand owners and manufacturers

Your brand on the shelf in Israel and Russia.

We put Franuí on the shelf in Israel and then in Russia, on our own regulatory and cold-chain infrastructure. The same route is open to your brand.

  • One partnership covering Israel, Russia and adjacent markets
  • Russia through our own operation: registration and cold chain
  • Direct buyer relationships at every major Israeli chain and Russia’s leading retail groups
  • 3–6 months to shelf in Israel · 6–12 months in Russia

For retail chains, wholesalers and importers

Proven brands to import, and goods sourced or made for you.

Import the brands we represent, with first look at what we scout next. Or brief our sourcing desk: trending goods found in South Korea, Thailand, China, Japan and Europe, consolidated into one shipment, or a product made under your own brand.

  • Brands from five continents, with distribution rights for your market where we hold them
  • Several suppliers, one container, one set of documents
  • OEM and ODM: an existing product under your brand, or one developed for you

02Sourcing & export Sourcing · consolidation · export · OEM / ODM

Goods from Asia and Europe, consolidated into one shipment.

For buyers who want goods rather than brands, our teams source in South Korea, Thailand, China, Japan and a range of European countries, combine orders from several suppliers into one container with one set of documents, and clear it for your market. Need a product made under your own name? That is the OEM and ODM end of the same service.

Franuí is an Argentinian confection, frozen raspberries dipped in chocolate, and CGC Global is its strategic partner across several markets. In Israel, N.D Delicacies launched it with a massive national campaign, TikTok first, before it reached the freezer: thousands of user videos, shelves sold out at the major chains, #1 premium frozen dessert within months, and the most in-demand product in its category ever since. Then CGC took it into Russia on its own registration and cold-chain infrastructure.

05Markets

Israel and Russia, run from the inside.

Both home markets are run by our own companies — KOKO Brands and N.D Delicacies in Israel, our own operation in Russia — so the buyer relationship and the cold chain are ours to answer for. Asia is where most of the pipeline begins.

07The engine

Our own AI system · many agents

Our own AI system reads the trends and finds the factories.

Behind the Brand Radar and the sourcing desk is one engine: CGC’s own AI system, built from many agents. They scan global trends around the clock, research what Gen Z and Millennials will buy next, and locate the factories able to respond, so a signal becomes a product on its way to the shelf, fast. People close the loop: the Bangkok and Hong Kong teams visit the factories and close the deals.

09Questions

The questions that come up first.

Can I get exclusive distribution rights for my market?

Only for a brand whose exclusive rights we hold ourselves. Today that is Franuí in Israel, where our own company, N.D Delicacies, is the exclusive distributor. For the other brands we represent or supply, terms are agreed case by case.

What is the typical timeline from partnership to shelf?

Israel: 3–6 months, kosher certification included. Russia: 6–12 months, including product registration and the cold-chain set-up. Each hub does one job — sourcing in Hong Kong, operations in Bangkok, trading in Tel Aviv, distribution in Moscow — which is what keeps it short.

Can you source and ship goods for us, or make a product under our brand?

Yes. We source, consolidate and export goods from South Korea, Thailand, China, Japan and a range of European countries, and we arrange OEM (an existing product made under your brand) and ODM (a product developed and manufactured for you). Orders start at a full container, 20′ or 40′.

Can I send my brand deck for evaluation?

Yes. Use the contact form, choose “Brand owner or manufacturer” and attach the deck. We review every submission and reply with a fit assessment; if the brand scores well on innovation and momentum, we set up a call.
